How to Make Jowar Roti
Jowar has no gluten, so the dough will not stretch like wheat. Knead with hot water, shape the roti by patting it between your palms or under a sheet of plastic, then cook on a hot tawa. If you are new to it, mix one part jowar with one part wheat atta until you get the feel for it.
