Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched at no charge — just call or WhatsApp us at 0348 9087576. Once an order has shipped, the return conditions below apply.
Returns — 7 Day Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, sealed packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once delivered:
- Herbal oils, supplements, or food items whose seal has been opened.
- Perishable goods such as dry fruits, flours, or anything past its expiry date.
- Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — the mistake is on us.
How to Start a Return
Email info@dadisdawa.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and share the return address (Mingora, Swat). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days, using your original payment method or via bank/easypaisa transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
